Spin Class

Spinning is a cardiovosular class that takes place on a

specially designed stationary bicycle, A resistance dial on the

bike allows the class to change between sprints , jogs & hill

climps

Spinning burns serious calaries (approx 450 in 45 minutes)

and tones the leg muscles

You follow instructions from the spin instructor but you are in

control of your pace and restance

Overall an excellent, effective, fun workout
