The class works the abs, legs and bum,

The best part of the rebounder is that it is great for training

the abs, it is a good core workout as the abdominals are used

to push the legs into the rebounder.

And it gets better, Rebounding has an excellent draining

effect on the lymphatic system, which in turn helps in

targetting cellulite
