Spin is a non impact cardiovascular workout on a stationary bike. You WILL Sweat! The class incorporates, intervals, hills sprints and a few recovery Jogs :) You will burn fat, build endurance, stamina and overall fitness levels, as well as give you the edge in the cycling circuit. All topped off with belly blasting core exercises.
