Make your Body a Machine! Here we will use weight bearing and Functional Exercises and equipment such as TRX, Kettlebells, Slam Balls to strengthen and protect your body. We will target core, back and prime muscles to improve your overall fitness function and movement patterns. You will see improvements in your chosen sport as well as your day to day life.

I declare that I am entering this duathlon of my own choosing and no liability will be placed on the organisers for any injury sustained or any property lost whilst participating tin the event. I confirm that I have no medical disabilities which would endanger myself or others taking part.
