9 Months Free Membership & €400 to your Charity

A Fit Body will run a three month programme for 5 people male or female, Offering them 3 months free membership starting from Monday the 26th January for two weeks,

we will be taking nominations for individuals from Jan 12th to Jan 23rd
People can nominate themselves or another person & tell me why they should get the free membership

A Fit Body will give all individuals fitness tests and programmes, monitor their progress All individuals selected must nominate a charity of choice

On completion of the three months a winner will  be selected from  % of weight loss, % loss of body fat loss , motivation & attendance On finishing the three months I will give €400 to the charity of their choice and offer them an additional 6 months membership

All individuals can raise additional sponsorship if they so wish
