Tuesday morning class:

Power yoga 10.30am

A fitness-based approach to Vinyasa style flow. In a power yoga class, building strength, flexibility and concentration while cleansing the body and calming the mind. You can expect a great cardiovascular and strength building workout combined with breath work.

 

Wednesday evening: 7.30pm

Cool down yoga 

Our evening class is a Vinyasa style yoga where we are connecting our breathing with our movements, cooling of our body from a busy day with a relaxing calming yoga session
